    After a weekend of mishaps to then find that the valve on the wheel of my wheelbarrow simply sheared off when I went to pump it up - just after I'd received 2 tons of gravel - I was expecting more trouble. I 'phoned Tyres Northampton before calling in to check that they could help with such a small issue. I arrived in my lunch-break and was back out the door again with the valve replaced, the tyre pumped up and no charge - all before I could even find my place in my book - you can't say fairer than that!
