After giving a member of staff the dimensions of the walls that would be tiled he advised us how many boxes would be required. This turned out to be far too many, and due to their needlessly restrictive returns policy, they have refused to take back completely unused and unopened boxes. The general manager who emailed was totally unsympathetic, just quoted me their policy and essentially said it was my own fault.
