  Appauling. Ordered just under £2000 of carpet and flooring for our new house. Day before fitting the "manager" calls to check they have ordered the right carpet-was the wrong colour - we either had to accept what was ordered or wait weeks for the right colour. The house we was moving into had been completely renovated we had no flooring down and was 2 days from moving in with two small children 2 weeks before Xmas. Day of fitting after having to accept the wrong carpet for an entire upstairs and stairs of a 3 bed house the vinyl flooring for downstairs and the bathroom was wrong. Out of an entire house the only carpet/ flooring that was ordered correctly was 1 room. Shocking customer service and a catastrophic disaster from the beginning with poor communication and having to chase the company to arrange fitting then ending up with the wrong carpets and flooring. Use another flooring company!
