  We agreed on a design of a woman to the waist with her arms out, and I paid my £80 deposit. Kim then sent me the design the night before my appointment. It was nothing like what I asked for at all (just a womans face and shoulders). I raised my concerns and she refused to do the tattoo how I wanted as she thought her design would look better, as she wanted to focus on the beauty of the face. Sorry, but this is not what was agreed when I paid my deposit, so I requested a refund as our contract had been breached. She is refusing and I am having to resort to court action.

  I had a betty Boop Tattoo done on my wrist, was a bit nervous i didnt want it to big, they did an excellent job I love it, more friendly than alot other studios in the town and no job was to much trouble even my alittle tat. Thanks guys x
