I have given a 1 as there was no zero. Slow service. Poor communication. I had a banner done and they misspelt the name which I told them before it went to print but still they printed with the wrong name. When I told them I could not use the banner they were very defensive and wanted me to pay for a reprint which I thought was not fair as it was a lose lose for me. Rubbish company
