  An optician's in Northampton General Hospital - to be avoided at all cost. Starting from a badly arranged shop, where talking to a receptionist is a hazard, with the entrance door smacking into you when someone comes in. The admin staff are mumbling and are seemingly unsure about everything. They had no idea about entitlement or NHS vouchers for an 86 year old registered visually impaired person! The overall impression is that they want you in and out as soon as possible. They did not even phone when the glasses were ready, we had to chase them! I am afraid to say that the glasses were also useless after all. Will never go back or recommend... AVOID!
