  Picked our cat up today and was left feeling mortified that I'd left him in their care. He was left with a soaking wet blanket and nothing else. He has clearly lost weight despite only being there for 5 days! None of the treats we left with management were given to our cat and he was very anxious. Don't use this cattery - when we arrived the lady in charge said she assumed our cat was fine but hadn't seen him for a few days! Disgusting treatment from supposed "professionals" - UPDATE the cattery have not contacted us whatsoever as it would suggest in their response. It is clear they are trying to cover up their awful service by suggesting it is not their norm. Not so much as an apology has been offered let alone any form of resolution. Three days later our cat is only just returning to normal and it is clear this his exiperience was very traumatic.

  DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE!! I left my English bulldog here for 6 nights worst mistake I ever made. I asked if they would clean and vasoline Daves rolls on his face daily as he would get sore if not and said I would pay extra for them doing so. They told me it they would and that they had experience in looking after bulldogs. When I dropped Dave off I had a bag of his food, toys and bag that he for his daily needs plus his bed. They told me that Dave will be well looked after and not to worry. We called twice a day to see if he was ok and was told each time that he was. When my husband picked him up he had a cut on his face and in his ear. When we asked they said they don't know how he got it and that he must of done it in the night!! His face was red raw and his bed was damp. I ended taking Dave to the vets to get him checked over and they advised not to use them as he had not been well looked after! I had to get special cream for his face as it was so sore. When I called on serval occasions to speak the the manager she was either unavailable or not in. When I asked for an explanation as to why my beloved dog had been looked after so poorly the could not give me one!! Disgusting service how they claim to look after animals is a joke! If I could give them no stars I would
