  Shocking customer service. It took them several weeks to complete the fitting on my order due to insufficient stock and cancelled appointments and then after 4 months from fitting some of the carpet started to fray around the edges. Eventually it was agreed a refit was required because it hadn't been fitted correctly. I can't explain how much stress this has caused. This resulted in a complaint being made to their customer service dept who failed to take any action what so ever. Despite doing fittings on a Saturday they won't do refits, but couldn't offer any explanation to what the difference is. A morning refit was confirmed the day before only to find out the fitter wasn't made aware of this by Debbie & Ken. The fitter is now due this afternoon. Please be very careful about purchasing carpets from this branch!
