  Walked into boots westonfavell Northampton with my sister she needed her glasses tightened the manager who made herself known said it can't be done because they are plastic I have had my glasses tightened in Ireland this woman said it can't be done it's impossible so my sister walk off to Tesco's and the opticians there fixed her glasses straight away with no fuss at all my sister then enquired to Tesco's opticians if this is normal practice if a non customer came in and asked the same thing off your company her response was sounds to me like she couldn't be bothered and it's standard practice if it snapped it's your risk . My sister would have taken this risk when I went back to challenge the manager at boots her response was totally unprofessional I told her I would report her I was shocked when she said do what you want . If the Abm wants to contact me personally they can I would recommend a retraining program for the manager of this store and a anger management course as well.
