  My previous experience with a Volvo dealership in Leeds had not gone well! This resulted in me fighting tooth and nail to return the car and get a full refund. The experience at Bells Volvo was a breath of fresh air! Great sales service from this dealership, car was exactly as described, no pushy sales pressure. I knew exactly what I was looking for, right down to the specification, so I no amount of selling was going to change my mind. The salesperson, Daniel Cox, obviously picked up on this as he didn’t attempt to steer me towards any other vehicles and was very friendly. The deal was done and the following week I traveled down by train and was picked up from Northampton station by Daniel. The car was ready and even had some fuel in for a change! All the paperwork was sorted out over a few cups of coffee and I even got some flowers which went down particularly well with my good lady!! I can’t recommend them highly enough, great team!
